Delete inside the app (fastest)
Sign in to the Raken app > Profile (tap your name) > "Delete my account" > enter your password and confirm. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.
You can delete your account and personal data at any time from inside the Raken app, or by email request.

If you cannot sign in, write to info@raken.sa from the email or phone number on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
Your name, phone number, email, optional identity details (ID/residency, gender, birth year), saved vehicles, devices registered for notifications and quick sign-in, and verification codes. Your sessions are ended.
Order and invoice records are kept without your name or phone number, to meet accounting and tax obligations. After deletion they can no longer be linked to you.
An account with an open order cannot be deleted; finish the order first. Deletion is permanent, and you can register again later with the same number.
